After over 20 years of real-estate activity in Canada, Sharon expanded his real-estate operations to Greece and Romania, all under the ArtLife Developments branding. The business philosophy of ArtLife continued in Greece and Romania with a focus on added-value acquisitions and developments.
ArtLife's model is consistent: always partnering with an established and professional local developer and co-investing alongside them — as with Adrian Costil in Timișoara.

A Timișoara-based entrepreneur and developer with 15+ years of experience, having delivered roughly 166 apartments across multiple residential projects in Timișoara, Dumbrăvița and Giroc.
Alongside residential development, Adrian has built and operates three hospitality venues in the region, including the Galla & Verde event venues.
